From what I've seen and heard from a livestream with the founder, they have. The company is backed by a large profitable business with very solid ARR and the founder has created the plans with a long term vision in mind AND has made it agency friendly. A big plus for me. Another nice touch is the native Cal.com integration. I just watched Avi call a newly set up AI agent and book a call, live and it worked flawlessly. That alone sold me.

Transcripts help you upgrade scripts and FAQs. Team support replies fast and with examples. My 2 cents. Start with one use case only, like inbound qualification. Add one transfer rule and review transcripts daily for a week. If you need a phone teammate that never sleeps, this is worth it.
