Your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and billing information when you create an account. Please note that phone numbers used with the Services are obtained and managed by you through a third-party provider (e.g., Twilio). We only collect the phone numbers you configure through their integration.

When you grant us access to your Google account, we collect the following information:

Our application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• Call logs, voice recordings (if enabled), IP address, and usage analytics, all processed through your third-party phone number integration.

We use your Google Calendar data to integrate our service with your schedule. Specifically, we:

• Read your calendar events to check your availability and prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Create new events in your calendar when you schedule an appointment or meeting through our app.
• Update and Delete events in your calendar when you reschedule or cancel an appointment, ensuring your schedule remains synchronized and accurate.

We use your Google profile information to create and personalize your Dialora account.

We use your email address to send you service-related notifications and updates.

Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, our use of your Google user data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

• The data will only be used to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface, such as the scheduling functionality described above.
• The data will not be transferred to others unless it is necessary to provide or improve these features, to comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• The data will not be used for serving advertisements.
• The data will not be accessed by human agents unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or for our internal operations (and even then, only when the data has been aggregated and anonymized).

We share data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Twilio) who assist us in providing the Services. These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Your third-party phone number provider may also process call-related data according to their own privacy policies.

• We may disclose your information if required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information.

• You can request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us at team@dialora.ai.

• You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain data.

• If you are a resident of California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such as the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
