How to Set Up Call Transfer in Dialora

Sometimes your AI voice agent may need to hand off the call to a human, especially during escalations or complex queries. Here’s how to set that up:

Step 1: Choose the Right Agent

Go to your Agents section and select the one you want to enable call transfers for.

Step 2: Open Advanced Settings

Once inside the agent dashboard, click on the Advanced Settings tab.

Step 3: Find the Call Management Section

Scroll down until you see a section labeled Call Management.

Step 4: Add Transfer Number

On the right-hand side, look for the “Add number to transfer the call” option.

  • Select the correct country code.
  • Enter the phone number of your human support team or escalation contact.

Step 5: Save Changes

Click Save to apply the settings. Your agent can now seamlessly transfer calls when needed.
