How to Set Up Call Transfer in Dialora

Sometimes your AI voice agent may need to hand off the call to a human, especially during escalations or complex queries. Here’s how to set that up:

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Choose the Right Agent

Go to your Agents section and select the one you want to enable call transfers for.

Step 2: Open Advanced Settings

Once inside the agent dashboard, click on the Advanced Settings tab.

Step 3: Find the Data Integration & Tools Section

  • Look for the Data Integration & Tools Section and click on it.
  • Click on the “Select Tools From Library” button.

Step 5: Add Transfer Call Tool

Step 6: Configure the Tool

Once you added the tool then click on configuration.

  • Select the correct country code.
  • Enter the phone number of your human support team or escalation contact.
  • Fill Tool Description Input and Pre Call Message
  • Click on the save button.

Step 8: Save Changes

Click Save to apply the settings. Your agent can now seamlessly transfer calls when needed.
