How to change language settings in Dialora
Prerequisite
Ensure that you’ve already created and configured at least one AI voice agent. If not, set up your first agent here →
Steps to Set Your Agent’s Language
Step 1: Log In & Access Your Agent
- Head over to the Dialora Portal and log in.
- On the left-hand menu, click on the “Agents” tab.
- Select the agent whose voice you want to update.
Step 2: Open Settings
- Once inside the agent view, you’ll see two tabs: - Basic Settings - Advanced Settings
Make sure you’re under Advance Settings, this is where voice configuration settings are.
Step 3: Find the “Voice & Audio” Settings
- Scroll down within the Advanced Settings tab.
- You’ll come across the Voice & Audio block. This is where you’ll manage the voice attributes.
Step 4: Choose Your Preferred Language
In the right hand side of the screen, you can see the Language section, dropdown and choose your preferred language
Final Step: Save & Test
- Click Save to apply the new voice settings.
- Use the preview/playback feature to test how your AI sounds now.
